하남시 하남화웨단지 구역에 새로운 친환경 힐링 문화복합단지를 제안한다. 한강，검단산의 친환경 개발, 기반시설 확충을 통한 공익실현, 의료 복지시설 확충으로 건강도시 실현， 입체공간 활용을 통한 도시환경 복합개발 등 각 개발 테마와 콘셉트에 맞춰 추진전략을 계획하였다. 주변 자연환경을 단지 내 끌어들이고, 의료 복합 서비스 제공으로 젊은 인구 유입을 통한 젊은 도시 하남에 이바지하며, 단지 중앙에 건축 ? 조경 ? 도시를 하나로 융합한 어 반 파라솔로 랜드마크 구현을 이루어내고자 한다. 공공 - 관광 - 문화 - 상업 - 주거를 통합하는 미래형 복합단지 개발은 하남시의 새로운 성장동력이 되어줄 것이다.

We propose a new eco-friendly healing cultural complex in the Hanam Flower Complex area of Hanam-si. The implementation strategies for this space have been planned according to each development theme and concept, including the eco- friendly development of the Hangang River and Geomdansan Mountain, realization of public interest with the expansion of infrastructure, realization of a healthy city by expanding medical welfare facilities, and complex urban environment development with the use of three-dimensional space. By bringing the surrounding natural environment into the complex as well as providing medical complex services, we intend this to contribute as a young city of Hanam by influencing the young population. We intend to realize landmarks by building an urban parasol that converges architecture, landscape, and the city into one in the center of the complex. The development of this futuristic complex that integrates the public, tourism, culture, commercial, and housing will become a new growth engine for Hanam-si.
