아산배방지구 6-3블럭 업무시설은 온양온천을 중심으로 꽃피웠던 원도심의 주거환경 및 도시문화 재생, 아산의 새로운 업무 주거 단지의 패러다임을 형성한 지역지구로의 성장을 콘셉트로 구현되었다. 그리고 신도시의 첨단적인 이미지 형성과 함께 주변 환경과 유기적으로 연결되는 조화를 이룸으로써 사람, 자연，도시가 함께 공유하고 상생하는 블록체인 경관을 형성하도록 계획되었다. 주변 단지와 연계하여 동측의 수변 공간의 자연환경을 받아들이는 디자인으로 아산의 현대적이면서 자연적인 지역 현황의 조화를 고려하여 설계되었다.

Asan Baebang Business Facility 6-3BL is designed to be a growing local district to regenerate the residential environment and urban culture of the original downtown that flourished around Onyang Hot Springs and to establish Asan City’s new paradigm for mixed-use development. It is also planned for the business facility to create a block chain landscape that is shared by people, nature, and the city by creating an image of a high-tech city and an organic link to the surrounding environment. Seeking the harmony of Asan’s modern featuresand natural elements, the design of the business facility accepts the environment of the waterside area in the 的st and considers the surrounding complexes.
