시간의 흐름에 따라 도시는 노후하고 쇠퇴하지만，도시재생을 통해 환경적 ? 경제적으로 정비되고 다시 활기를 되찾는다. 영등포 1-12 재정비촉진구역에 지어질 클라우드39는 영등포의 상징적인 클라우드 브릿지로 단지의 가치를 높이고，한강을 조망하면서 하늘올 즐길 수 있는 삶의 공간을 제공한다. 광역상권 집객을 위해 상가시설은 과거 시장길을 재해석한 830m 연도형 상가로 계획하였다. 각 단위세대는 수납공간을 강화하고 3면 개방으로 다양한 조망을 확보하였고, 1-2인 가구를 위한 실속을 갖춘 세대까지 더하여 효율적이고 유연적인 주거공간을 제공한다. 단지 내외부를 연결하는 파노라마 커뮤니티와 상권은 클라우드39에서의 원스톱 생활문화를 가능케 할 것이다.
