광명시 철산동 근린생활시설 리모델링

해당 대지는 철산 로데오거리 구역 내에 있으며 철산역에 초근접해 위치하고 풍부한 유동인구의 입지여건을 갖고 있다. 이에 따라 로데오거리 상업지역에서의 랜드마크 역할을 목표로 기존 업무시설을 리모델링하는 작업을 하였다. 주변 건물의 정적인 요소의 패턴을 가지고 가면서 사선의 파사드를 적용하여 동적인 요소를 부여하여 집객 요소가 될 수 있도록 디자인하였다.
Located in the Cheolsan Rodeo Street area, the site is very close to Cheolsan Station and has a large floating population. Accordingly, existing business facilities were remodeled to turn it into a landmark in the Rodeo Street commercial zone. A dynamic atmosphere was added with a diagonal facade, making it a point of attraction, while maintaining the static pattern of nearby buildings.
