보령 스포츠파크는 힐링테마 둘레길, 특산물 건강장터 개최, 지역주민 생활 체육시설 등 건강 테마 도입을 통한 관광 명소화 및 전문 스포츠 파크로 거듭나기 위한 계획이 적용되었다. 서해안 바닷가의 물결모양과 자연지형을 적극 반영한 배치계획을 통해 사람과 자연을 연결하고 스포츠파크의 활기를 불어넣었다. 더하여 친환경 에너지원을 적극 활용하여 자연과 함께하는 친환경 스포츠파크를 조성하였다.

Boryeong Sports Park is designed to become a tourist attraction and professional sports park by introducing health programs such as a healing trail, local specialty health market, and a local residents* sports facility. The project uses the geographical features including the wave shape of the western s的 in the site layout to connect people and nature and revitalize the sports park. It also actively utilizes green energy to create an eco-friendly sports park.
