국내최초 공동주택 패시브하우스 인증 해안가와 소나무 군락지, 농지가 둘러싸고 있는 자연 친화적인 입지환경올 바탕으로 개인과 공동체의 행복이 공존하는 주거단지를 계획하였다. 패시브 하우스 기법올 적용하여 냉난방 및 기계 환기에 의한 에너지 부하를 최소화하면서도 쾌적한 주거 공간이 될 수 있도록 하였고, 국내 공동주택 최초로 패시브 하우스 인증 A1 등급을 취득하였다. 외부공간은 정원과 같은 분위기 연출로 커뮤니티 공간올 고급화하여 에코 빌리지처럼 조성하였다.

Established on the nature-friendly location surrounded by a coastal area, pine forests, and farmland, we planned a Residential Complex where the happiness of individuals and communities coexist. By applying the passive house technique, it minimized the energy load ofcooling/heating and mechanical ventilation, making it a pleasant living space, and was the first apartment housing in Korea to obtain an Al grade for Passive House certification. The exterior space was made to have a garden-like atmosphere, enhancing the community space to create an eco-village.
