경인선 철도의 북측으로 면해있는 대지에 지어진 행복주택이다. 철도로 인해 단절된 도시 흐름을 잇는 새로운 그린 커뮤니티를 조성하는 것이 계획의 주안점이었다. 연결 데크를 통해 남? 북의 도시와 주변의 녹지를 연결해 지역 커뮤니티를 회복하고 가로 활성화를 통해 지역을 연계하여 도시환경을 개선하였다. 커뮤니티 시설에는 취업 ? 창업, 문화? 농장, 상가, 운동，교육 등 다채로운 프로그램을 계획해 소통의 창구 역할을 할 수 있는 장을 마련하였다. 또한, 다양한 테마를 가진 공원들을 통해 도시 속 휴게공간을 제공하며 단지와 지역의 쾌적한 환경을 조성하였다.

LH Haengbok House in Oryu-dong is on a site facing the north side of the Gyeongin Line. The project focuses on creating a green community that restores the city’s connection that was cut off by the railway. The project installs a wooden deck that connects the city to the south and north with the surrounding green area to revitalize the local community and actively uses the streets to enhance interaction in the area and improve the urban environment. It includes community facilities designed to serve as a channel for communication with various programs related to employment, business start-ups, culture, farming, commerce, sports, and education. The project also offers themed parks as for rest places in the city and creates a pleasant environment for the residential complex and the area.
