대상지를 둘러싼 무심천과 청룡산의 자연요소를 적극적으로 받아들여 주민들이 휴식하고 아이들이 성장하는 자연친화공간을 제안하며，함께 어우러지는 다양하고 조화로운 도시 풍경의 이야기를 담았다. 두 단지를 가로지르는 커뮤니티 로드와 각 동을 중심으로 펼쳐진 마당을 통해 인접 단지들을 이어주고 소통하는 열린 단지 형성을 목표로 한다. 자연과 함께하며 이웃과 걸어가는 커넥티드 로드는 힐링로드，에듀로드, 커뮤니티 로드로 구성되어 다채로운 문화와 자연을 향유할 수 있게 하는 공유 커뮤니티의 거점이 된다. 단위세대 계획은 다양한 세대를 위한 맞춤특화 설계로 시간이 지나도 모든 변화에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 지속가능한 건축을 추구하였다

By effectively integrating the natural surroundings of the Mushimcheon Stream and Cheongnyongsan Mountain, we propose a nature-friendly space where residents can relax and children can thrive, weaving stories that highlight vibrant and harmonious urban landscapes. Community roads intersect the two complexes and courtyards extend from each building, creating connections with adjacent complexes and fostering an open, communicative environment. The Connected Roads which allow residents to stroll along paths through nature with their neighbors, include Healing Road, Education Road, and Community Road. These routes serve as hubs for shared community life, allowing people to enjoy diverse cultural and natural settings. Each residential unit is designed thoughtfully to accommodate different generations with a focus on sustainable architecture, adaptable to changes over time
