대전연구개발특구 죽동지구 A2블럭 아파트는 생활 속 여유를 느낄 수 있는 차별화된 계획을 통해 저층세대 특화 및 주거가치를 향상시키고자 하였다. 정남에서 동? 서향45도 범위의 계획 으로 쾌적한 환경올 조성하였고, 단위 세대간 사선배치를 통해 프라이버시 확보 및 생활 만족도 또한 증대시켰다. 더불어 실내체육공간,주민문화공간，보육시설 등 주민공동시설 및 단지 내 게스트 하우스를 마련하여 주민들의 삶의 질 향상과 함께 커뮤니 티 활성화를 도모하였다
