성남 복정의 Cl, C2,C3, C4, C5 BL은 신 위례지구와 구 성남 복정동 사이에 위치하면서 분절된 두 지역의 완충공간 역할올 하게 되어 연결도시의 전략적 거점으로 지목되었다. 5개의 대상지는 남으로 생활가로, 북으로 경관가로와 마주하면서 철길과 블록들 사이에 각각의 사잇길을 형성한다. 다층적 조화를 고려한 특색있는 4개의 길（경관가로, 입체가로, 플로팅가로，유입가로）들과철길이 새롭게 직조되면서 두 지역의 시공간적 소통에 다층적 풍경을 더하며 복합적 경험을 가능하게 한다. 가로에 의한 도시의 자생적 생장과정은 기존 도시가 가지고 있던 성격과 구조를 반영하면서 연결하고 채워지고, 혼합되면서 다층적으로 가동할 수 있는 도시의 지속가능한 에너지가 되어준다.

The C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5 blocks of Seongnam Bokjeong are located between the Wirye New district and the f아mer Seongnam Bokjeong-dong, acting as a buffer between the two segmented areas. They are designated as the strategic hub f아 the connected city. The five destinations each form a route between railroad tracks and blocks, with the living quarters to the south and the landscape to the north. The four distinctive roads (landscape, three- dimensional, floating, and influx) along with the railroad are newly constructed and add a multi-layered landscape to the space-time communication between the two regions, enabling a complex experience. The natural growth process of a street reflects the existing character and structure of the city, and this growth is the sustainable energy of the city that can be connected, filled, mixed and operated on multiple layers.
