청년들의 새로운 주거단지，밍글드 밸리 Mingled Valley 청년들의 개성올 담고,공공 참여를 만드는 마올이자 도시와 생활,자연축이 교차되는 단지를 계획하였다. 도시의 흐름에 대응한 랜드마크적인 타워형 주동에서부터 생활가로로 연결되는 계단식 형 주동계획은 초등학교부터 수서 역까지 이어지는 생활가로에서의 휴먼스케일 경관을 제시한다. 기존 대지의 축을 단지 주동 사이로 자연스레 이어준 사잇공간에서 청년들의 다양한 커뮤니티 활동을 지원한다. 또한，여러 계층의 거주민들이 커뮤니티를 통해 서로 이해하고 소통하며 공유할 수 있게 하였다. 대모산변 풍경을 담은 자연의 공간이자， 문화?교육?복지가 특화된 주거단지를 제안한다.
Mingled Valley, a new residential complex for young adults The Mingled Valley project plans a residential complex that embraces the individuality of young adults, facilitates public participation, and draws the axes of nature, life, and the city together. The project involves signature tower-type apartments that s designed in response to the citys flow, terraced apartments connected to the community street, and a human-scale landscape f+om the community street that goes from the elementary school to Suseo Station. Mingled Valley supports various community activities of young adults in the in-between space that links the axis of the existing land with the residential buildings. The project also allows residents from various social classes in the community to communicate and understand each other. The Mingled Valley project proposes a residential complex that not only serves as a natural space embracing the landscape of Daemosan M이jntain but also specializes in cultural, educational, and welfare services.
