자연과 도시가 만나고 우리(WE)가 공존하는 웨이브 크루즈 Wave CRUISE 도시의 활기찬 에너지와 자연의 여유로운 풍경이 공존하며 삶의 여유와 휴식이 어우러진 공간을 제안한다. 도시의 녹색 숲으로서, 교류의 중심이 되는 대규모 녹지광장을 중심으로 모든 세대가 어울려 함께 누릴 수 있는 다채로운 테마공간을 계획하였다. 인근 지원시설(지식산업센터)과 학교, 자연환경과 공동주택을 모두 고려한 열린 커뮤니티 구현을 위해 각 영역별로 특화된 3가지 테마의 맞춤형 커뮤니티(청년클라우드, 보육?교육클라우드，스포츠 클라우드)를 제안하였다. 뉴노멀 시대에 대응하는 지속가능한 주거공간올 목표로 생애주기형 생활공간 및 환경친화적인 에너지 절감계획을 적용하고 생활편의를 향상시키는 스마트 제일 시스템도입으로 안정적인 주거환경을 완성한다

Wave CRUISE, a space where “We” coexist in harmony with nature and the city We propose a space where the lively energy of the city and the relaxed scenery of nature coexist, and where leisure and relaxation of life are harmonized. This site was designed to have a variety of themed spaces that all generations can enjoy together in harmony with the large-scale green plaza as the center of exchange. For the realization of an open community that considers both nearby support facilities (Knowledge Industry Center) and schools, the natural environment and apartment houses, we proposed a custom bed community with three themes specialized for each area. Aiming for a sustainable residential space that responds to the New Normal era, this space is intended to become a stable residential environment by applying a life-cycle-type living space and eco-friendly energy saving plan and introducing a smart system that improves living convenience
