고근산 자락에 자리를 잡은 대지는 대규모 귤 농장과 근린공원 등 자연환경이 우수한 북고남저의 경사 지형이지만，바닥이 화산 암반 지질로 되어 있어 지하층 계획에 이에 대한 대비책이 필요하였다. 인접한 근린공원과 자연녹지를 단지 내로 자연스럽게 유입시켜 친환경 단지를 조성하여 자연과 단지를 이어주고，열린 마당을 목표로 커뮤니티 시설과 자연올 도로와 연계시켜 스토리가 있는 공간을 형성하여，주변 컨텍스트와 연계한 열린 공간으로서 지역 주민 들을 위한 교류의 장이 될 수 있는 소통의 단지를 구현하고자 하였다.

The site located at the foot of Gogeun Mountain is a terrain that slopes down from north to south and has an excellent natural environment such as a large tangerine farm and a neighboring park, but because of the floor’s volcanic rocky geological features, a strategy was needed for the basement plan. We created an environment-friendly complex by naturally introducing neighboring parks and natural greenery into the complex, linking the complex with nature, and created a space with stories by linking community facilities and nature with roads for an open space. We also made an effort to make a communication complex that can become a place of exchange for local residents as an open space in connection with surrounding context.
