57층, 7개의 동으로 구성된 모든 세대를 남향으로 배치해 조망에 대한 배려를 최우선으로 하고 동시에 세대 간 간섭은 최소화하였다. 저층부의 입면은 주차장이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하고,고층부는 어디에서나 인지할 수 있는 상징성을 갖도록 옥탑 디자인을 하였다.

All units of 57 floors, and 7 buildings face south, giving view first priority and minimizing interference between units. The lower part of the elevation was designed to prevent the parking lot from being exposed to the outside, and the higher part was given a penthouse design so as to have a symbol of being recognized from anywhere.
