The project planned a beautiful year-round complex in the Gunsan New Station Influential Area with a splendid natural environment. To accomplish this goal, the project creates a square in a pine forest that has high planting density and installs four yards with the theme of the four seasons and 12 gardens that offer a healing and cultural experience to stimulate communication in the apartment complex. The project also features a small separate library, which is connected to a pleasant yard and a childcare facility in the Gunsan New Station Influential Area. In addition, the project lowers the electricity cost of public utilities by using LED lighting and solar thermal and geothermal heat and creates a variety of convenient facilities for residents including a garden, a cafe, a guest house, and a high-class fitness center with a splendid view of the Geumgang River and the starry night sky.
