북측 문화광장과 호수공원이 연계되어 다양한 축제와 문화행사, 시민들의 휴식공간이 연출되고， 활력 넘치는 도시의 중심공간이 형성된다. 그 중심에 서 있는 레이크폴리스의 두 개의 블록 사이로 연결되는 공공보행통로는 도시와 공원을 연계하는 공공의 공간올 부여하고，2층으로는 두 블록을 통합하는 입체 데크를 통해 호수로의 열린 프라이빗한 휴게공간이 펼쳐진다. 그리고 그 데크 중심공간올 둘러싸는 오피스텔 단위 셀들은 호수로의 조망을 최대화한다. 호수공원에 대한 시민과 개인사유의 열망을 적절히 나누는 공동성의 가치를 구현해 보고자 하였다.

The culture square and lake park in the north are linked to create a variety of festivals, cultural events, citizens resting spaces, and a vibrant central space. Lake Polis, is located at the center of this; public walkways connected between two blocks give public spaces connecting the city and the park. On the second level, an open private resting place open to the lake is opened through a three-dimensional deck. And the studio flat units surrounding the decks central space maximize the view to the lake. We wanted to realize the value of communalism that proportionately divides the desire of public citizens and personal thoughts on lake parks.
