대나무를 모티브로 정으I，진실, 인권，공정, 청렴을 입면에 반영하여 검찰의 중립성과 독립성을 형상화하였다. 진입부는 2개 층 높이의 기둥으로 파르테논 신전과 같이 위엄있는 청사의 이미지를 투사하였다. 접근이 편리한 보행자 도로변에 민원동올 인접 배치하고 민원동 전면에 민원인을 위한 공개 공지를 제공하여 검찰과 시민이 하나 될 수 있는 회랑을 형성한 열린 청사, 진취적 기상올 상징하는 랜드마크 청사를 지향한다. 또한，녹지 흐름의 연계성 확보와 수공간 형성，외부 공간의 공원화와 열린 조망 및 채광의 확보로 건강한 업무 환경 조성, 저층부의 실내 정원과 옥상 정원으로 연계되는 그린 네트워크가 형성되도록 설계하였다.

The bamboo motif reflects justice, truth, human rights, justice, and integrity on the facade, thus symbolizing the neutrality and independence of the prosecution. The entrance is the height of two-storeys, which projects the image of a majestic building like the Parthenon. The civil affairs building is located adjacent to the pedestrian walkway for convenient access. In the front of the civil affairs office, a public notice for civilians is provided, with an aim to make an open corridor in which the prosecution and the citizen become one, to be a landmark government building that symbolizes a progressive spirit. In addition, it is designed to form a green network with connection of green flow and water space, outdoor space turned into parks, a healthy office environment with open view and lighting, indoor garden on the lower level, which is linked to the rooftop garden.
