순환과 소통이라는 세종시 도시디자인 이념을 담아 세 개의 대지에 주민 복합 편의시설을 계획하였다. 행복한 정부청사를 완성시킨다는 Happy Cyclef 큰 개념으로 잡고 각 대지의 특성올 고려해 Social Cycle, Activity Cycle, Culture Cycle이라는 컨셉으로 디자인하였다. 각각의 Cycle올 통해 다양한 활동 공간을 제공하고 도시의 매개체로서 소통과 교류가 이뤄지고 공공문화가 스며드는 Social, Activity, Culture Cycle! 통해 세종 정부청사의 Happy Cycle! 완성하고자 하였다.

Embracing Sejong City’s urban design philosophy of Circulation and Communication, the Residential Complex facilities were planned on three sites. With the Happy Cycle as the overall concept to complete a happy government building, it was designed with the concepts of a Social Cycle, Activity Cycle and Culture Cycle in consideration of the characteristics of each site. We aimed to complete the Happy Cycle of the Sejong Government Complex through the Social, Activity, and Culture Cycles, which is permeated by public culture and provides diverse activity spaces through each cycle, generate communication and exchange as a medium of city.
