광주 양벌근린공원 민간공원 조성 특례사업
Gwangju Yangbeol Neighborhood Park Private Park Development Project
본 프로젝트의 핵심 목적은 미집행 도시계획시설인 양벌근린공원올 민간에서 조성해 지역주민에게 환원하는 것이다. 대상지는 저층 주거지에 둘러싸여 있어 지역민들에게 오랜 시간 동안 자연 경관을 제공해왔다. 이에 대상지 내 접근성과 상징성이 우수한 부지에 광주시 최초의 도시 정원인 퍼스트 가든, 다양한 커뮤니 티가 어울러진 복합문화공간인 웨드웰 파크 등을 조성해 지역민들에게 열린 쉼터를 제공한다. 또한, 비공원시설 부지는 원지형과 녹지축을 최대한 보존하고, 통경충과 바람길을 확보한 친환경 주거 단지로 조성될 것이다.
The purpose of this project is to create Yangbeol Neighborhood Park, an unexecuted urban planning facility, by the private sector and to return it to local residents. The site is surrounded by low-rise dwellings and has provided local residents with natural scenery for a longtime. Accordingly, by adopting the excellent accessibility and symbolism within the target site, we intend to provide an open shelter to local residents by creating First Garden, the first urban garden in Gwangju, and Wedwell Park, a complex cultural space where various communities come together. Additionally, the non-park facility site will be developed as an eco- friendly residential complex that preserves the original topography and green axis as much as possible, and secures a view as well as wind path.
